Spiracle Technology’s ERC Backpack case is built for harsh rugged use in the emergency medical environment. The ERC Backpack is designed to provide the rescuer/operator the ability to carry the unit either via the grab and run handle, the over the shoulder sling strap, or via the backpack shoulder straps.
The ERC Backpack case allows storage and carrying of the USA cylinder sizes: D-size w/toggle (T10217), Jumbo-D w/toggle (T10218), DD-Lite w/toggle (T10205), EE-Lite w/toggle (T10210). The ERC Backpack case comes with two (2) foam inserts
inside the bottom of the case. The inserts allow the operator to use (or not use) the foam spacers as needed for the size of cylinder being used.
The unit is constructed with high thread count Denier polyester material. The bottom surface of the ERC Backpack is made with durable Shelter-Rite type material, which withstands the harsh rugged use in the EMS field. The ERC Backpack has four
side pockets, and one large front pocket that runs the length of the case base allowing the operator to store and carry a large selection of medical products.

How to Order
Place an order in the Spiracle Technology online store. Please contact Customer Service via e-mail at store@spiracle.com or by phone at 714-418-1091 if you have any questions or need assistance. Customers will receive an e-mail order confirmation as orders are successfully placed in our system.
Shipping Rates
As of this time, Spiracle Technology only ships to US customers for orders placed online. International orders can be taken, and processed by contacting Customer Service at info@spiracle.com.
Order and Shipment Procedures
Orders are typically shipped within 2 - 3 business days after payment is processed. Spiracle Technology will attempt to process order cancellation requests prior to shipment if able. If a portion of a customer order is temporarily out-of-stock, this portion of the order will be shipped to the customer as soon as available.
Customers will be notified via e-mail when their order is shipped. To report a possible missing package, contact us at store@spiracle.com or (714) 418-1091 but please allow a reasonable amount of time (5 business days) to pass before reporting it to us.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is a top priority!
Prior to returning a product, please contact Spiracle Technology’s Customer Care Department at (714) 418-1091 within 10 days of receiving the product to obtain a return goods authorization (“RGA”) number. This will help us expedite your return and allow us to give you the proper credit. Once you have received your RGA number please follow the return policy guidelines below.
Subject to the guidelines below, Spiracle Technology will accept returns and rectify the error at no cost to you if: Spiracle Technology makes an error in fulfilling or shipping your order. In such case, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving the product.
Please follow the return policy guidelines below:
Non-returnable Items Include:
- A product that is "special order."
- A product that is "buy to order."
- A product that is "non-stock."
- Items listed as "non-returnable” or “clearance”.
- Items that have been marked or engraved.
- Items returned with broken packaging or not in original packaging.
- Any sterile product that has been opened “or” items determined by Spiracle Technology not to be in resalable condition.
- Product that is more than 30 days older than the shipment date.
- Recertified equipment.
- Pharmaceutical products.
Once you receive a return authorization you may return unused items, along with all accessories, within 15 days of the issuance of the RGA number for an exchange or refund. All items must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Return Policy Guidelines:
- Items returned within 30 days of the shipment date will not be subject to a restocking fee.
- Items returned 31-45 days from the shipment date may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Items older than 45 days from the shipment date will not be accepted in our warehouse and will be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
- Please write the RGA number clearly on the package label.
- Send the package freight prepaid. Please reference the RGA to locate the return address.
- Returns must be received by Spiracle Technology within 15 days of issuance of RGA number.
- Items received without an RGA number will not be eligible for credit.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
RETURN FOR REPAIRS
Items returned for repair must be prepared according to the most recent OSHA requirements. Items must be properly cleaned and verified with a statement on the outside of the package. Proof of purchase must also be included with all manufacturer warranty repairs. Please contact our Customer Care Department for additional information.
CLAIMS
All claims for damage occurring in transit must be made immediately upon receipt of goods by customer directly to the carrier and documented with photos. Please save all boxes and packing material. All shipment errors must be reported immediately upon receipt to Spiracle Technology Customer Care.

WARRANTY
Spiracle Technology has a limited warranty on all of its standard catalog products (not including custom built valves and/or custom kits and special-order products). Warranties vary. Check with Spiracle Technology for warranty in your market. Units to be free from defects in material and workmanship for six (6) months (unless specifically given in writing by Spiracle Technology at time of sale) when shipped, and with accepted normal use, and each product shall remain free from such defects following the date of original shipment from Spiracle Technology. The warranty extends only to defects in material and workmanship, and does not extend to defects arising from any use of the products other than set forth in the product's instruction and operating literature. Any unauthorized alteration or repair by the customer which damages the product voids all warranties. If promptly notified by the customer, the manufacturer will repair or replace a defective product returned for warranty, at its option and without charges for the product itself. Shipment freight charges for product coming to Spiracle Technology and leaving Spiracle Technology are the customers responsibility. The express warranties above are the manufacturer's sole warranties of its products. The warranties do not extend to defects and damage caused by unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse, or exposure to adverse environment. The manufacturer makes no further or additional warranties or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and the customer remedy set forth herein is the sole exclusive remedy. Oral statements do not constitute warranties. Spiracle Technology and its representatives are not authorized to form oral warranties regarding the products sold by Spiracle Technology. Any statements made will not be relied upon and are not part of the sale contract.
